What is your commitment to me the customer?
At ClearFlite Air Purifiers, we are committed to providing you with a quality air purifier that will solve the problem you are having and make a significant difference in the quality of indoor air you and your family breathe. We only sell air purifiers and we know them well.  We could sell all kinds of allergy related products, but we have chosen to be the air purifier company.  We only sell air purifiers made by companies that we trust and that stand behind their products and warranties.

Is ordering safe?
ClearFlite Air Purifiers is a highly secure site. Since we went online over a decade ago, we have never had a security breach. We have an A+ BBB rating.

Do you sell or rent my name?
Absolutely not.  ClearFlite Air Purifiers adheres to a strict privacy policy. Our intention is to serve you well so that you will become a customer for life.

Can I talk to a live person?
Yes, during the week from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, you can talk to a trained specialist based in the United States.  Voicemail messages left on weekends are returned promptly.

Will you be there after the sale?
Absolutely. You can call us toll free or email us at any time regarding the use of your air purifier. If you have a problem, we will help you. Our Customer Service department is the best in the business.

Do you sell quality products?
ClearFlite Air Purifiers is a conservative company in terms of the products we choose to sell. We only sell proven products by well established manufacturers.  We get lots of feedback from our very large customer base and we make decisions based on their needs and experiences.

How long have you been in business?
ClearFlite, Inc was incorporated in 1990. We began as a manufacturer of environmentally controlled aviaries (called "ClearFlites") for exotic birds to help people live with their dusty birds. We were bombarded with requests for air purification products from people allergic to their cats and other animals so over time we expanded. We began selling air purifiers online in 1996.  We are a contractual supplier of air purifiers to the federal government and to many state government agencies.   Since allergy and asthma rates worldwide continue to increase, we expect to be around for a very long time.
