About Us

ClearFlite, Inc. was incorporated in 1990 and has been "On the Web" selling room air purifiers since 1996. We were one of the first companies selling air purifiers online and have remained true to our original mission. ClearFlite's mission is to offer high quality, tested and proven, portable room air purifier systems that clean the air effectively without side effects. The second part of our mission is to treat our customers with respect and appreciation not only because it's the right thing to do, but because we hope to keep our customers for a lifetime.

Our business model is simple. We sell select products at fair prices, ship them promptly and at no charge within the continental U.S., add no extra “handling” charges, have a reasonable return policy, and keep promotion at a minimum to avoid irritating our customers. We maintain good relationships with the manufacturers of our products so that we sell only new products as an authorized dealer under contract with each manufacturer. That way we never have to worry about the manufacturers honoring warranties or exchanging damaged items. We have found that we get few returns when we sell the right product for a particular person's application, rather than just selling them the highest priced one. Our sales representatives are specialists in air purifier products and are instructed to sell the best one to solve a customer's problems. They do not sell on commission.

Over the years, we have considered adding additional products to aid people living with allergies, asthma, and other respiratory challenges. We have decided simply to sell the air purifier brands that we know from personal experience helps tremendously. That also enables us to spend our time becoming specialists in this one area. Since we have been selling air purifiers online, we have had the opportunity to speak with, and assist hundreds of people with their air purifier needs. We exceed the requirements for the Better Business Bureau and take an active roll in the BBBOnLine program. ClearFite has qualified as a supplier to the Federal Government and takes part in the GSA Advantage program. In that role we have had the opportunity to assist many American embassies, military headquarters, and federal agencies with air cleaners. We are also a member of the American Indoor Air Quality Council and Indoor Air Quality Association and support the efforts that these organizations make to improve people's awareness of indoor air quality issues. We do not belong to any phony organizations set up to produce research in support of manufacturers only.
