What air purifier should I use in my nail salon?
I have been using the air purifier at my nail station for the past few months and am amazed at how much dust the air purifier has been sucking out of the air. I had a client remark about the lack of dust in my area and on her clothing after her nails were finished. I feel a lot better knowing that all that dust is going into the air purifier and not into our lungs!

Nail Salon Air Purifiers with extra Activated Carbon for Chemical Absorption.

Healthmate Junior Plus
People are exposed to chemical fumes everyday. Some people can have a sensitivity to particulates in the air and can experience chemical reactions when they are exposed to this contaminated air. Certain air purifier models do a better job of keeping the air free of these particles that can cause reactions. When contaminated air is trapped indoors to circulate, it can become even more dangerous for people who may experience sensitivities to fumes. There are many public places that have to be cautious about the fumes that may be present inside their spaces. These chemicals can easily be exposed to the public who enters the building and may cause chemical reactions.
Amy Johnson from Seattle, Washington has experienced this problem of chemicals in her business. Mrs. Johnson owns a nail salon in downtown Seattle. Since real estate in downtown Seattle is scarce and expensive, her salon is a very small size and tight quarters. The salon includes a small waiting room for customers and many booths and chairs for those customers getting their nails done. With such cramped space, the chemicals that are used at the booths are easily exposed to the air and can be breathed in by the customers waiting in the waiting room. Although she tries to keep the air inside her shop clean by keeping the doors open, the weather rarely permits her to do this. Mrs. Johnson received many complaints from her customers in the waiting room that were irritated by the smell of the chemicals being used at the booths in order to remove nail polish or apply acrylic nails. She was losing many customers that couldn't deal with the chemical fumes being circulated throughout the salon.
Mrs. Johnson found the solution to save her salon with Austin Air's Healthmate Junior Plus air purifiers. These air purifiers were Mrs. Johnson's first choice for her salon due to the potassium iodide that is added to the activated carbon-zeolite compound. This extra compound added to the air purifiers allows them to absorb and eliminate many odors and many organic chemicals from the air. After the air purifier started running in the salon, the odors of nail polish remover and other chemicals used was no longer a nuisance to customers in the waiting room. These air purifiers are also equipped with a regular HEPA filter and a pre-filter, both of which are able to absorb particles and dust from the air. Unpleasant odors as well as harmful pollen or dust that may become airborne in the salon are easily absorbed and eliminated by the powerful filter. The salon's indoor air circulates and is exited from the air purifier cleaner, safer and fresher smelling.
The unit was a wise choice for her salon due to the powerful airflow it can handle. The Healthmate Junior Plus air purifiers are designed with a high efficiency fan that can extract 200 cubic feet per minute of air. This unit can clean the air in a room up to 700 square feet in size. The Plus's highly efficient fan can also be set on different speeds depending on the amount of airflow that is needed. She is able to turn the unit to its highest speed when she knows there are many harmful chemicals that may be exposed through the air. She is also able to leave the machine on a low setting over night so that it may absorb any cleaning odors or lingering chemical fumes from the day. When Mrs. Johnson enters the salon in the morning, she finds the air clean, fresh and completely odor-free. She says that "air purifiers are truly a blessing".
Mrs. Johnson now receives compliments from her customers in the waiting room on the delightful smell of the salon. There are no longer customers who have to leave the waiting room due to headaches or dizziness caused by the chemical fumes from the nail products. Her salon has now become a small space that is a pleasure to be in due to the fresh and clean-smelling air that circulates throughout it. With the help of air purifiers, Mrs. Johnson has solved her problem in an efficient and low-budget way.
