How can I get a copy of my order receipt/invoice?

Your order details, including a copy of your receipt, can be found by logging into My Account. Once you've logged in, click on the order number under Receipts.

Can I pay by check?

We gladly accept personal checks, company checks, and money orders. Simply mail your check or money order (payable to AirPurifiers.com), including the following items to:

Include:
  • A print-out of the product(s) and shipping method from your shopping cart
  • Your phone number and email address
  • Your physical shipping address (no PO Boxes)

We will process your order after we receive your money order or cashier's check. If you are paying by personal or company check, we will process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We are unable to guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear.

What are my international payment options?

There are 3 international payment options.

  1. For orders to a billing address outside of the United States, you may pay via a letter of credit.
  2. Pay by credit card with a US billing address.
  3. Pay by check or money order with a US billing address.

Please call us at (800) 497-8263 to initiate the process for a letter of credit payment. The minimum order is $5,000.00, and a $50.00 handling fee will be assessed to process the letter of credit.

Do you accept company Purchase Orders (POs)?

Please submit a sales request to set up an account. Please note that we do accept company checks.
