Alen Air Purifiers Warranty Information
Alen Corporation will provide a replacement part or replace the Alen air purifier if the problem is due to defectiveness in workmanship or a fault in the material. The warranty is only valid for the person who originally purchases the Alen air purifier. Proof of purchase will be required for a part, repair or replacement. The Alen air purifier must be used according to the User Manual, and must be used with the power supply noted on it. The filter must be replaced every six months so that the machine doesn't become overly stressed. The actual warranty agreement can be found on the Alen Corporation's website.
