The 4000 Exec UV includes an ultraviolet lamp which is capable of sterilizing airborne pathogens and neutralizing bacteria and the mycotoxins caused by mold. The airflow actually passes by a 10 watt germicidal lamp that will destroy the DNA in organisms like bacteria, viruses, and mold spores.

The air flow passes by a Allerair ten watt germicidal light that is designed to destroy the DNA in organisms like mold spores, bacteria, and viruses.

The features of these Allerair air purifiers are as follows. They is constructed of all steel and baked on enamel of either textured black or textured sandstone with casters for easy moving. The air flow rate on high is 400 cfm. It has a total of three different fan speeds along with three different filters. The first filter is the HEPA filter, then the pre filter, and 10 pounds of activated carbon to help with the air purifying process. The Allerair carbon filter is recommended to be changed every 2.5 years. The pre filters, every 2 months, and the HEPA filter, every 5 years. The UV bulbs should be changed every year to maintain its effectiveness. These recommendations can change due to the environment that the system is purifying. The height is 17.5 inches, the width is 15 inches, and the depth is 15 inches. These air purifiers weighs in at around 38 to 45 pounds. The 4000 Exec UV has a power consumption of 95 watts on its highest setting. Exec air purifiers can be customized with different carbon blends to meet the specific need in your environment.
