By the year 1972, the Honeywell Company had 25 subsidiaries and 142 branch offices that were fully owned and operated by the company.

There were operations owned by Honeywell in 95 different countries. The company had 83 subsidiaries around the world and was taking on 13 joint ventures. With so many products reaching customers all over the world, Honeywell soon become well known for many different ventures, including home air purifiers.
