As with any product sometimes you need a little bit of help troubleshooting. The first thing that you should do is to check the power supply. If that doesn't work, check to make sure that the electronic cell is installed properly, that it is clean and dry. Check the pre filter and the carbon filter. If they are not installed properly, the system will not work. Make sure that the top cover is properly in place and check the fan motor and light indicator on all of the settings. If the fan and indicator light will not cut on, you should first check the power supply to be sure it is plugged into the standard household receptacle. Check the voltage to that particular electrical outlet by using another electronic device. Make sure that the top access cover is properly closed since this system has an interlocking switch. If all fails to bring about a solution, the system should be returned to the authorized warranty station.

If the fan is on and the indicator light is off, you should check the electronic cells to see if any of the collector plates are touching each other. If they are, gently straighten them out with a flat head screwdriver making sure they are spaced out evenly. If this doesn't make a difference, check the electronic cell for any broken ionizing wires. If you find broken wires the system should be returned to the authorized warranty station to be repaired.

If the fan is off and the indicator light is on, the system is showing a non-serviceable failure and should be returned to the authorized warranty station.
