IQAir HealthPro indoor air purifiers are the original model and flagship of the IQAir product line. My IQAir is great! When my allergy doctor told me to get HEPA air purifiers, I thought it would be an easy deal. I was shocked when I typed in "HEPA Air Purifiers" on the web and found there were so many different brands and models. Nothing is easy these days. I did my homework though, and ended up buying your IQAir HealthPro. It was more expensive than some brands, but I wanted one product that would get all the airborne pollutants in my home and I wanted one that told me exactly when to change the filters. I have been very satisfied with my IQAir. I not only sleep better, but my home is significantly cleaner. I notice it mostly when I visit other people's homes who don't have one. The lady who helped me choose the IQAir (sorry I can't remember her name) was very professional. When thanks are due, I like to pass them on. So thanks!

Hi,
I love my IQAir! I have pre-asthmatic symptoms. This means that in my stress test I was on the edge of having asthma but not quite. Unfortunately my wife is not very understanding and tends to do a lot of things like burning candles and using scents that trigger asthma symptoms. She is not evil, I think, she just does not comprehend how these little things can really trigger a problem for me. So, I did my research and purchased an IQAir HealthPro from my new friend Bonnie at ClearFlite Air Purifiers for my den. I leave the IQAir on high while I am gone and slide it down to medium - with my remote - very high tech in the evening when I watch TV. It has made a wonderful difference in my comfort level. I will be getting IQAir air purifiers for the bedrooms soon.

The IQAir Health Pro is very similar to the IQAir Health Pro Compact. It is designed for the allergy sufferers and recommended for anyone who wants to filter out any airborne particles, dust, and allergens. This particular IQAir unit is upgradeable so that it can include gaseous chemical and odor control to make your home even saver from things in the air that may harm you. It can be upgraded to a IQAir HealthPro Plus at any given time, depending on what the user needs.

These IQAir air purifiers have a total of six speeds. The air delivery per speed with brand new filters are as follows; speed one is 45 cfm, speed two is 75 cfm, speed 3 is 115 cfm, speed four is 145 cfm, speed five is 180 cfm, and speed six is 260 cfm.

The maximum coverage for these IQAir air purifiers depending on the maximum fan speed is about 1100 square foot. The HEPA filters for the IQAir HealthPro only have to be replaced every two to four years, unlike many air purifying air purifiers on the market these days which need to have their filters changed every two to three months. The IQAir filters efficiency for grabbing particles out of the air is 99.97% at 0.3 microns and for smaller particles its efficiency is at 99%.

The IQAir power requirements for these air purifiers are much like the other air purifiers in this series. It is UL certified and uses 115 VAC 50-60 Hz. The energy consumption depends on the speed of the fan. If the speed is set at one, the consumption is 85 watts; at two it is 120 watts, at three it is 150 watts; at four it is 170 watts; at five it is 205 watts; and at six it is 215 watts.

The dimensions of the HealthPro are 28 inches for height, 15 inches for width, and 16 inches for depth. It weighs in at 29 pounds. The IQAir HealthPro includes a five year warranty that includes the fan motor, but not the filters.

With every IQAir Health Pro, you get one pre filter and one Hyper HEPA clean room filter. The pre filter is a mini pleated filter with solvent free separators, a 25 foot filter area, a HEPA type filter rated at 55%, and it has CFC free construction. The average filter has a life of 6 to 18 months depending on the particles that it has taken in during that period. The Hyper HEPA has a life of about 2 to 4 years, also depending on what particles have been taken in.

The IQAir fan motor has a backward curve, a 700 cfm free flow capacity, and runs at 2745 rpm. It has a third generation low noise design to make it much quieter than other air purifiers on the market. It also contains steel ball bearings that are maintenance free.

The electronic control panel for the IQAir HealthPro system displays in five languages; French, English, Italian, German, and Spanish. It is also supplied with a remote control for easier access.

All IQAir HealthPro air purifiers come with filters, hand signed Certificate of Performance, four canisters, six foot long power cord, a remote control, user manual, and a user guide on both, VHS and DVD. IQAir products are tops.
